Care, empathy, concern and love are most effective when our presence can gather physical vibes that can be contagious in a positive way. We can start today in our orb of community with a simple gesture of a wave, a hello and a smile.

It’s times like these that I’m hoping will give everyone thought on how detached we have become to each other and more attached to technology.

While technology enhances and simplifies our lives it can also be a crutch that causes us to depend on it to communicate than to communicate with our heart, eyes, ears and mouth through the simple investment of time.

Technology can certainly aid in our current "social distancing" I hope that it will also give us thought and pause to the simple ways of spending precious moments with each other.
